Group Life and Accidental Death or Dismemberment
The JCBT has reviewed the request made by the Community Bargaining Association (CBA) from 2023 bargaining, to consider gender affirmation coverage. The Trustees are pleased to advise that Gender Affirming Care has been added to the benefit plan for eligible employees effective October 1, 2026. Dependents are not eligible for this benefit. For more information, please refer to the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) included with the Member communication or log into your PBC Member Profile.
