Group Life and Accidental Death or Dismemberment
Your JCBT Plan includes coverage for Extended Health, Dental, Accidental Death & Dismemberment, Group Life, and Long-Term Disability benefits. These benefits are available to eligible Regular Full-Time and Regular Part-Time employees, as well as Regular Community Health Workers, as a condition of employment. To maintain coverage, employees must work a minimum of 15 hours per week. Casual employees are eligible to enroll in both Dental and Extended Health coverage, at their expense, after completing 180 hours of work. Your Benefits.
