I am enrolled in my spouse’s dental plan coverage. Why am I being told I’m not eligible for dental coverage under the JCBT Plan?

JCBT members and their dependents are not entitled to Dental coverage under this plan if they are covered by another comparable dental plan. In order to be considered a comparable plan, all levels of coverage must meet or exceed what is available to you under the JCBT plan. If any do not, it is not a comparable plan. Also, if your spouse is required to pay some or all of the premiums for their dental plan, it is not a comparable plan.
