Yes. If you are eligible for FNHA Health Benefits and are enrolled in the JCBT Plan, your benefits may be coordinated between the two plans. Please visit FNHA Health Benefits Reimbursements for details about coverage, submitting reimbursement requests and coordination of benefits. When submitting claims for reimbursement, please ensure that PBC is aware you have coverage under both the JCBT and FNHA plans.
